With its eighteenth-century farmhouses, expertly restored and transformed into an agritourism property of contemporary elegance, The Podere welcomes guests into the most authentic heart of Tuscany.
Once a medieval hamlet adjacent to the Convent of San Lorenzo alle Grotte, today the estate gives life to a new concept of hospitality: exclusive and sophisticated, yet deeply rooted in the history and identity of the local area.

Born from the refined restoration of the historic agritourism property and the Azienda Agricola Le Torri, the estate extends over 103 hectares, including 28 hectares of vineyards and 18 hectares of olive groves.
The estate grows Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Riesling Italico and Trebbiano Toscano grapes, from which distinctive labels are produced, including Chianti DOCG, Chianti Riserva DOCG, Vermouth, Grappa and prestigious IGT wines.
The winery represents the productive heart of the entire project: a place where tradition and innovation coexist in harmony, and where guests can take part in guided tastings and sensory experiences dedicated to the estate’s wines.
